Having regard to the modest size of the site, to the excessive size
of the extension and to its siting in relation to the adjoining
property, 28 Chiltern View, the proposals represent an unneighbourly
form of development which would be overbearing, intrusive and
result in loss of light to the adjoining property. The proposals
would also represent an overdevelopment of the site leaving a very
small private rear garden area to serve the resultant three
bedroomed property. The proposals are, thereby contrary to policy H12
in the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
