proposals would result in parking on the highway which would be
detrimental to the safety and convenience of other users of the highway,
contrary to policy G11 in the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the proposals would increase traffic in the vicinity of the site
where the existing road pattern is inadequate to serve the use, and the
development is thereby likely to cause hazard to users of the highway,
contrary to policy G10 in the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
