permission, the caravan shall be removed from the land and the land shall
be left in a tidy and orderly state.
Reason: As the site lies within the Green Belt, the proposal is only being
allowed for a temporary period whilst the barn is being converted
for residential use.
That at the expiration of 1 year from the date of this permission,
the use specified in the application shall be discontinued.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
