Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal would be contrary to policy CON8 and CON10 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.  The proposed extensions would
neither preserve nor enhance the character of this part of the Beckley
Conservation Area and would impinge on views of Otmoor as seen from
Church Street.
That the proposal would be contrary to policy H12 of the approved South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.  The proposed rear roof extension and verandah
would be an intrusive and unneighbourly form of development that would
detract from the residential amenities enjoyed by the occupiers of the
adjacent property, Home Close.
