is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That prior to the first use of the conservatory, a close boarded fence
1.8 metres in height shall be erected along the southern boundary of the
site, for the length of the conservatory, and it shall be so retained
and maintained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
