Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That prior to the construction of the building hereby permitted, the
parking provision, as shown on plan reference 692/1 accompanying
planning application reference P93/N0403, shall be constructed,
surfaced and laid out and so retained and maintained.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the workshop shall be used only for the purposes specified
in application reference P93/N0403 and for no other purpose, including
any other purpose in Class B1 of the Town and Country Planning
(Use Classes) Order 1987 or any Order revoking and re-enacting that
Order, without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
