Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Grove Hill Farm as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom. Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority.
