That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping, which shall include indications of all existing trees and details of those to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development. Reason: To protect local amenities. No works shall take place on site until the applicant, or their Agent or successors in title, has secured the making of a detailed photographic record of the building concerned. This must be carried out by a building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of recording which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building may be of historic importance.
