That at the expiration of 2 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued. Reason: To accord with the applicant's request. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), the premises shall only be used for warehouse and distribution including office purposes, as detailed in the application, and amplified by letter dated 13 March 1998 accompanying the application, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience. That the open areas surrounding the building as shown on Drawing 1416/01 shall be used for parking of vehicles, loading, unloading, manoeuvring and amenity/landscaping purposes only and no storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the building. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the parking and manoeuvring spaces shown on Drawing 1416/01 accompanying the application shall be permanently kept available for these purposes in connection with the use hereby approved. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
