in a cramped overdevelopment of the site taking away access to the
rear of the property, and would be likely to lead to the loss of the
boundary hedge which would detract from the amenity of the adjoining
property. The proposals would thereby be contrary to policy H12
in the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
