That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
No waste materials, including waste soils shall be imported to or
deposited on the site.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and the amenity of the area.
No minerals shall be extracted from the site.
Reason: The extraction of minerals requires planning permission from
the Minerals Planning Authority.
That the lagoon shall be used solely as an irrigation storage facility
and for no other purpose.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.
That before any development begins, details of the "cut and fill"
excavation process together with a soil handling strategy shall be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
