Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Having regard to the excessive size of the extensions proposed,
which would triple the size of the existing dwelling and to the
substantial increase in the height of the existing dwelling, the
proposals would result in a prominent form of development which
would significantly intrude into and detract from the attractive
rural character of this Area of Great Landscape Value.  The development
is thereby contrary to policies C1, C3, C6 and H12 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
