The development to which this permission relates shall be begun not later
than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof.
 
Reason: For conformity with section 91 of the 1990 Act.
The Company shall dismantle and remove from the site any redundant lines
and apparatus within six months from the date of commissioning of the
lines.
 
Reason: To restore the land as far as practicable to its condition before
        the redundant lines and apparatus were installed.
