Decision
Planning Permission on 7th July 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the use of the open areas within the courtyard for non-agricultural
storage purposes shall be restricted to the storage of motorised and
touring caravans only and such storage use shall only take place
within the areas edged red on the plan appended to this decision
notice as "Plan 1 - P98/N0078/RET".
Reason: To ensure that the use of the courtyard for storage purposes
does not become visually intrusive and detrimental to the
amenities of the area.
That insofar as this permission relates to the change of use of buildings,
only those areas of the barns shown cross-hatched on the plan appended
to this decision notice as "Plan 1 - P98/N0078/RET" are involved.
These areas shall be used for storage purposes only unless planning
permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority
in respect of an alternative use. This condition shall apply
notwithstanding the provisions detailed in Schedule 2, Part 3, Class B
of Article 3 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) Order 1995 or any order revoking or re-enacting that
Order.
Reason: To protect the amenities of neighbouring residential properties.
