years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the premises shall not be open to the public after 12pm on
Saturdays and 11pm on any other day.
 
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That prior to the commencement of the development, details of ventilation
methods shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
