Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That at the expiration of a period ending on the 30 June 2003 the buildings (ref. E050 and E051) be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That building reference P006 shall be removed from the land, and the land left in a tidy and orderly state by 31 December 1998 unless the building has first been repaired and redecorated to the satisfaction of the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
