Decision
Planning Permission on 27th May 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the existing line of the Holton Public Footpath number 2 shall be retained and remain unobstructed. Reason: To protect the public rights of way network. That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of and Class A of Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), the new boundary along the edge of the proposed driveway area (north east boundary) shall only be formed by the erection of post and rail fencing and the planting of native hedging species, unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
