That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of 7.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and 7.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That no paint spraying or body work repairs shall be undertaken at the premises. Reason: To protect local amenities. That servicing and workshop activities shall not take place anywhere on the site except within the workshop buildings. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That prior to the first occupation of the workshop hereby permitted, two additional parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with drawing reference 1098/03 and shall be so retained and kept available in connection with the workshop business. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
