Decision
Planning Permission on 6th January 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of five years from the date hereof or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by Thames Valley Police Air Support Unit whichever is the earlier, the use of the land as a site for the buildings specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances and because the permanent stationing of buildings of this form, design and material finish on the site would be contrary to the general planning policies of the Local Planning Authority. That at the expiration of five years from the date hereof or upon the building ceasing to be occupied by Thames Valley Police Air Support Unit, whichever is the earlier, the buildings specified in the application shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances and current operational needs of the Thames Valley Police Air Support Unit.
