years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That within two months of the link transmission dishes no longer being
required for telecommunication purposes they shall be removed from the
mast.
 
Reason: That the Local Planning Authority accepts that there is a
        justification for the equipment but it will have an impact
        on the landscape and this would not be justified if the
        equipment has become redundant.
