Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That within one month of the erection of the equipment cabin, a two metre high close boarded fence shall be erected around the north, west and south boundaries of the site and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
