Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the stonework to be used for the sun room extension shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure. That the stone shall be laid in regular courses to match the stonework on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
