That having regard to the size of the extension and its location relative
to existing surrounding development, the proposals represent an
unneighbourly form of development by reason of overshadowing and general
proximity, which would detract from the residential amenity of occupiers
of the adjoining properties at 8 and 10 Evenlode Drive contrary to
Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, having regard to the size of the extension relative to the size
of the site, and to its location on the boundary, the proposals
represent a cramped and overintensive development which would detract
from the visual amenity of the street scene, contrary to Policy H12 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
