Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That following the conversion of the garage the parking provision as shown on the submitted plan shall be retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority, Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
