Decision
Planning Permission on 30th December 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of and Part 3 of
Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that
Order) the building shall be used only for the purposes specified
in the application as an office with showroom and trade counter for
scaffolding equipment and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special
circumstances.
That the existing hard surfaces surrounding the building shall be used
for the parking of vehicles, access, manoeuvring, loading and unloading
purposes only and no further hard surfaces shall be provided unless a
planning application has been submitted to and approved by the Local
Planning Authority. No storage, industrial or other business purpose
shall take place other than inside the building.
Reason: To comply with the Council's Green Belt policies and to
prevent pollution of the water environment.
