Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited site
layout drawing all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and
maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the premises shall only be used by Pharmakopius Ltd for the purposes
set out in the letter dated 22 October 1997 and/or such other storage use
and user which shall have been certified in writing as complying with the
District Council's planning policies insofar as the use is of a type which
would not cause nuisance to local residents or traffic congestion and
in particular would not give rise to high levels of heavy goods vehicle
movements.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to safeguard
the amenities enjoyed by local residents.
