That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the existing conifer hedge along the whole of the southern
boundary of the site planted as a requirement of Condition 6 of
planning permission reference P94/W0709 shall be retained, maintained
and allowed to grow to a height of ten feet and thereafter retained
and maintained at that height. In the event of any of the trees
dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed a new tree or
equivalent number of trees of the same original height, ie seven feet,
as the case may be of a species first approved by the Local Planning
Authority be planted and properly maintained in a position or
positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
