years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the building shall be used only for storage purposes in connection
with the use of 25 High Street, Benson as a greengrocers and at such
time as it is no longer used for this purpose, the building shall be
removed and the car parking area reinstated.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
