That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That a full schedule of works for the repairs and underpinning shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing prior to the commencement of any work on the site. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
