That the Master's Flat shall cease to be used as a classroom and shall be
restored to its former condition within two months of the first occupation
of alternative additional classroom accommodation or by 31 December 1998
whichever is the sooner.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and
appearance of the listed bulding and the amenity of the area.
That before the use is commenced in pursuance of this consent, such steps
shall be taken and such works carried out to protect the fabric and
historic features contained within the Master's Flat. Such measures shall
be removed and the historic features restored upon cessation of the
classroom use.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearane
of the listed building.
