Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
        and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That should the development as permitted by planning permission
reference P97/W0550, or any subsequent permission agreed in writing by
Local Planning Authority as being relevant for the purposes of this
Condition, not be implemented within 3 months of the demolition works
the walls of the existing dwelling shall be made good using materials of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
