Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the roofs, cheeks and faces of the proposed dormer windows shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type and design of the rooflights has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
