That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls of the plinth supporting the frame to the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the boundary fence between Nos.27 and 29 Saxons Way shall be increased to a height of 2.15 metres between the points A and B shown on the amended plan received from the Agent on 9 July 1997, prior to the first occupation of the conservatory hereby permitted and that such fence shall thereafter be retained and maintained in a proper state of repair. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
