Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the side elevation of the extension and garage other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
