Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bedroom window at first floor level in the west facing elevation shall be constructed and finished and thereafter retained in accordance with the details contained in plan reference 1205.G.1 Revision A received from the Agent on 7 July 1997. The casement window shall be constructed so as to open to no more than an angle of 90 degrees to the plane of the wall and the window serving this bedroom shall be retained and maintained and not altered without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the privacy and residential amenity of occupiers of the adjoining property.
