That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That a hardstanding to provide for the parking of three private motor vehicles within the site shall be constructed in accordance with a detailed scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the first occupation and use of the extension hereby permitted. The hardstanding shall thereafter be retained and maintained available at all times for the parking of private motor vehicles. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
