Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That all materials from the building shall, within one month of the
commencement of demolition be removed from the site and the land
left in a tidy and orderly state.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing
        building and the area in general.
