That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs
of the garage and extension shall be submitted to and approved by the
Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.

shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before development commences.

That the bathroom window in the rear elevation of the extension
hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first
occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That within the garage building hereby permitted, space for the
parking for one car shall be provided and made available at all times.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
