That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the eastern and western elevations of the dwellinghouse as extended other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the en-suite bathroom window in the west elevation of the extended dwellinghouse hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass and fixed permanently shut prior to the first occupation of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the existing 1.8m high fence along the whole of the south eastern boundary of the land be retained and not altered in any way and that such fence be maintained in a proper state of repair. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
