Planning Permission on 7th May 1997
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the two storey rear extension shall be implemented only as part of a joint extension to Nos 65 and 67 Norreys Road, as shown on the deposited and approved plans, and shall not be constructed as a partial extension serving one of the two properties. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwellinghouses. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the bathroom windows at first floor level in the side elevations of Nos 65 and 67 Norreys Road shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and shall be so retained thereafter. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed at first floor level in the side elevations of 65 and 67 Norreys Road other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
