That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That if, within one month of the start of the demolition, work has not commenced on the construction of the extension permitted by decision notices dated 12 May 1997 issued in respect of application P97/W0090, then the flank wall of the existing property shall be made good in accordance with a scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Goring-on-Thames Conservation Area.
