Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s). Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such and for no other purpose whatsoever, with the roof space being used for domestic storage purposes only as specified in the Agent's letter dated 4 April 1997. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to ensure the proper planning of the locality.
