Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the storeroom and bathroom windows in the south elevation
of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass
prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be
be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
