Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the walls of the single- storey extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences; and the materials used for the single-storey extension shall be in accordance with the approved samples. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
