Decision
Planning Permission on 9th February 1998
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the building shall only be occupied and used by Mr and Mrs Ferguson
for the business purposes specified in the application ahd shall only be
occupied and used in connection with their occupation and use of
The Woodman as a single dwelling.
Reason: The use of the building separate from the dwelling would result
in an unneighbourly form of development which would cause noise
and disturbance to the residents of The Woodman. In addition,
whilst the use proposed in the application is considered
acceptable, the use of the building for other office purposes
could be unacceptable in this rural location.
