years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the bricks to be used for the chimney and parapet
wall and for the making good of the walls shall be submitted to and
approved in writing by the Lcoal Planning Authority before any
development commences. Thereafter, the development shall not be
carried out other than in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this listed
building and the conservation area.
That no development shall take place until a detailed specification
of the proposed work to the front elevation timber and of the type,
design and external finish of the new windows has first been submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter,
the development shall not be carried out other than in accordance
with the approved details and specification.
