That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials to be used for the porch roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the glazed panels in the east elevation of the rear extension shall be glazed in obscured glass prior to the first use of the extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of all windows, including the conservatory glazing, and external doors and the porch has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; and the windows, conservatory glazing, external doors and porch shall be installed in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To esnure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
