That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, apart from the details relating to the 4 double garages located on the land's boundary with the Priest House, High Street, Nettlebed, the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description of development, plans and specifications contained in application P92/S0402, including the amended plans, subject to the conditions imposed on planning permission P92/S0402, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the garages hereby approved, including bonnet tiles for the hips, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained timber boarding and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
