Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garden wall shall either be retained or shall be dismantled and re-erected using the existing materials or such other materials as shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to their use. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
