to the area of the site and the juxtaposition of surrounding development,
the construction of the two proposed dwellings on this site would result
in a cramped, overintensive and intrusive form of development out of
character with the surrounding development and as such, would be contrary
to the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan particularly policies
G8 and H11.
